The forced natural evaporator employed concentrates it to almost slurry nature by evaporation of bulk water. Finally the sludge dryer (agitated thin film dryer) efficiently evaporates the balance water from the slurry and gives out a solid waste in handleable solid or powder form.


The Kings-i-Eva evaporators are engineered for handling high streams. The forced circulation evaporators are equipped with most efficient axial flow pumps which are indigenously manufactured and tested on the test ring. The axial flow pumps deliver 5 times more flow using the same horsepower as compared to centrifugal pumps when used for circulation. The sludge dryer (agitated thin film dryer) is the ruggedly designed system to handle most demanding applications. All the input water can thus be recovered & recycled directly or after the treatment. Thus rendering total Zero Discharge for all effluents at a low cost. UF and RO are also used were required.
